Cortez Hill Family Center
Two structures added to the existing 150-bed transitional housing facility totaling 1,600 sq ft: 3-story building to provide connection between the existing structure and new building, and a 2-story new building containing a kitchen, dining room, staff offices, conference rooms, elevator, new stairways, landscaped courtyard, and children's play areas.  Southwest corner of Beech & Ninth. Harbor Drive Pedestrian Bridge
Stylized, suspension pedestrian bridge connecting Park Blvd to Harbor Dr and reopening the intersection. The bridge has a 500’ curved span, 25’ above Harbor Drive, with enhanced lighting above and below bridge deck. Anticipated completion: Fall 2009. East Village Ballpark Neighborhood. Marriott Residence Inn
12-story extended stay hotel, 237-rooms, 8,000 square feet of retail, 148 valet parking spaces in a 3-level underground parking garage. Parkside
