A neighborhood of twin towers, bay views, many public parks, promenades --- Pantoja Park, Children's Park, Martin Luther King Promenade, and Embarcadero Marina Park.
The Marina is referred to as a "bedroom neighborhood" because most residents travel outside of the Marina District for food and other services.
